LPG Refridgerators [RE-wrenches]

Not in reference to too cold, but if they stop cooling.

For the Servel, Dometic,....
- Pull the fridge out [ take the food out first silly], gently roll it onto
the left side for 15 min., over on to its top for 15 min. and the on to the
right side for 15 min. then back to its base and rehook it up to the LPGas,
leak check and fire it back up. Supposedly has something to do with rust or
sediment in the pipes and it frees up the sediment buildup.
This has worked multiple times over 14 years when cooling operation has
stopped. Some fridges have needed this yearly and still keep going, some
have needed this one time and have been fine since.

Anyone know why this works??
