BP Solar Closes Thin Film Operations [RE-wrenches]

It is interesting to see lawyers in other cultures. Japan has 135 million people
and less than 20,000 lawyers. In Japan, lawyers are used to clean up the mess
after every possible alternative has failed. In Japan, when Americans bring an
attorney to a business meeting, many Japanese business people will politely sit
and listen and leave. They will not discuss business in front of a U.S.
attorney. In the U.S., there is a lawyer for every 153 man, woman and child. The
U.S. is a nation of laws and we need attorneys, but suing has gotten
surrealistic.
