Overvoltage errors with Sunny Boy 2500's [RE-wrenches]

John,

As you recall, we were experiencing this error on some units we had
installed this past September in Corona. We were thinking that due to the
unseasonably hot temperatures, the utility was preparing the grid in advance
of the high loads by boosting the grid voltage a tad. That appeared to be
the case since the problem has gone away with the more temperate
temperatures we are experiencing.

So, for those in my scenario, what is your suggested plan of action? Do we
wait until next summer to address this when its sure to reappear or take
care of it now?

Also, if you are requiring qualified wrenches to do this, will SMA be
reimbursing us for any time and expenses?

Thanks,
Mo
