Michael and All,

I am sorry about posting my rant.  When I read about how the government 
was considering subsidizing a natural gas pipeline to supply electric 
power plants it bothered me tremendously.  I certainly don’t have the 
best solutions to present and I will focus on just doing what I know 
best, wrenching in solar installations, PV and thermal.
