Ground fault [RE-wrenches]

My experience with at least one early, pre-UL Solar boost is that they do
present battery voltage on the PV inputs.  I dropped a set screw attaching
the PV and blew one that way.  So a short out at the array could draw
battery power.  However one would hope the approved size breaker between
control and battery would interrupt the current before flame level.

A GFI would cut off array power, but perhaps not battery power, depending on
where located.
