Topica down time [RE-wrenches]

On Wed., Sept. 11th, Topica will bring the system down at midnight and back up at 8pm (these times in PST.)

They will be doing system maintenance and upgrades during that time. I expect that any and all messages sent during that time will be queued for processing once they are back up. But often they queue is so huge after maintenance that it can take days for them to catch up.
