Marco, I wrote this letter on July 24 after Davis took the solar tax credits off the suspended list. Since then the tax credits have been put back on the suspended list. It is easy to be confused. Energy issues in
California are rough eddies affected by the ebb and flow of our conflicted national energy policies and PV is just a small fish trying to survive in the turbulence. Aloha.
