How about using something like Mike Pelosi's Maui Solar Software PV design program?  The program will tell you what the kWh output is when you enter in the usual parameters.  I use the program and think that it's one of the best ones out there.

Hey all,

I'm looking for real world data on PV orientation vs. KWH production. 
 From what I've seen, much of the current orientation advice 
(especially on-grid) is based on F-Chart simulations.
