I agree with this, but we have to be careful. Truth be told, at least
some failures come from incorrect installation, start-up procedures,
etc. We've all have a bad day somewhere along the line. If the
problem really is a Day One product fault, bill 'em. Wrenches should
not be harmed by poor QC, FUBAR, or a NRFPT product. On the other
hand, if ya screw it up, don't try to hustle the manus for your
expenses. That will kill it for all of us.
