Is AES Advanced Energy?, there website is http://www.advancedenergy.com/
I've had trouble with 3 GC1000's and one of the MM 3000's. over all the
1000 has performed well (the oldest I have in the field is about a year and
a half). The Multimode needed a new chip and re-programming, they sent a
chip and disk we had to do the work. There hasn't been local tech support
for a few months, Graham has had a little experience here........I plan to
install an MM 3000 on my house next month.
