LADWP Solar [RE-wrenches]

Max,

The CEC rebate is for investor owned utilities only (Edison, PG&E, Bear
Valley and San Diego Gas and Electric) and this does not included LADWP.
Since I have only been installing residential systems I am not entirely
sure how the CPUC program works, but I do know that the CPUC funds are
only available for systems 30kW and larger.  CEC will not fund
residential installations in LADWP's grid.
