PG&E with disconnect [RE-wrenches]

I've recently found a very helpful PG&E disco guy that is above (I think,
in my case he is over ruling, but it is in his district - Oakland) and a
lot more reasonable than Jeff. His name is Rodney Chew @ 510.437.2079

Jeff was asking me to do the most incredible things until I talked to
Rodney, its all good now...
