PV only contractors? Compiled [RE-wrenches]

Before Shell/Siemens did their survey, they read about my informal survey of PV
installers and customers in the Los Angeles area. I found strong dissatisfaction
with Siemens’ distribution policies and pre-packaged PV systems. Both groups almost
universally said, "Given the choice, I would rather not buy from Siemens.” In
addition, LADWP management was dissatisfied with Siemens’ failure to get its local
assembly factory fully operational and temporarily withheld payment of Siemens’
local manufacture rebate.
