UV resistant cables and quick connects warranties [RE-wrenches]

Friends:
How about the "UV resistant cable ties?" Where does one purchase these and
how long do they last in extreme climates? IF they fail, I presume you
have wires dragging on the roof. Are the metallic ties (Panduit) or clamps
that can be used to fasten this wire to the racks?
