Wrenching in L.A. [RE-wrenches]

1) Powerlight puts Siemens laminates that are made in Chatsworth on their
foam board to qualify for the LADWP $6/W manufacturing credit.
2) Powerlight has L.A. installations.
3) LADWP is not locking out commercial PV systems, only residential
systems.
4) Powerlight is not a union shop. They do pay prevailing wages on jobs
that require it.
