NY SW installations (was Inverters islanding in L.A.) [RE-wrenches]

And then there is the local issue of off grid homes that bought SW inverters
because if/when the grid came in someday they could inter tie. Now the grid is
coming in and..... will Xantrex upgrade those inverters for people too?
