LADWP, IBEW, lockouts and prune juice, please [RE-wrenches]

Hi Bill and All,

I have just been informed by LADWP that the lockout’s will continue 
though August 15th, at least.  I am sure Joel and I will get more 
details at next Monday's Mayors solar group meeting.  DWP is present at 
these meetings and getting the facts face to face is better.

I have not personally witnessed any inverters in L.A. showing voltage 
when the grid is disconnected.  Bill is right this is not a safety issue 
and real agendas seem to be hidden.
