As I stated previously, SMUD's attitude is that the SW PV & UPV series
inverters pose no significant risk to linemen and, therefore, are OK to be
left "as-is", installed & operational.

This is based on testing done by SMUD Electrical Technicians (IBEW, by the
way) familiar with and trained for Utility Substation Controls Safety &
Operation, Distribution Networks, etc.  These are highly qualified guys for
testing of this kind.
