I think I stated this before, but the disconnect on my 1kw system on my house

LOCKED ON.  PG&E did this.  They drilled a NEW hole to put the lock on it as
they don't have a predrilled hole to lock them on.  The disconnect is a
standard  2 pole 3R/ non fused knife blade type.


PG&E, or known by my kids as"Pigs, Goats & Elephants" told us we must drill 
the hole to lock the disconnect in the on position. They were too lazy to do 
it themselves I guess, so we complied, and they are now Happy Campers!
