600 vdc arc testing [RE-wrenches]

Impregnated with what poison? Every day I see squirrels on overhead SCE
power lines. Occasionally they rub their cheeks and jaws on the lines
scratching and preening, but no biting. They could be encouraged to gnaw
if raw or cooked meat were rubbed on the lines. I'm convinced that
unflavored insulation is not subject to vermin biting or chewing.
