Dan,
You might want to look at the Powerlight roofing material.  They do a lot of
University, library and commercial stuff.  I doubt they would be interested in
anything that small, but you may be able to propose something a little larger.
Their systems are beautifully ballasted and they are the largest PV installer
in the nation, willing to train and flat roofs is what they do. You can contact
me directly for more info.
