Contracts [RE-wrenches]

Michael,
Two points in respectful disagreement:
1. This is fully on topic. Quoted from the list rules: "...To be used for
community building, problem solving, and ongoing discussions of installation
techniques, National Electric Code issues, and business issues specific to
our industry." Isn't "compiling a good standard contract for this line of
work" a business issue specific to our industry?
2.  I have been a member of both lists for a long time. The Wrenches list
has obviously become the preferred list, with much more activity. I can only
deduce that it has more members and more interest. I will prefer to post to
the Wrenches list whenever the question is on-topic, because I expect it to
reach more wrenches--and in particular, the wrenches who I have come to
"know" and respect because of list activity.
