Roof mounting [RE-wrenches]

Dan,
It seems the roofing contractor has given you three options:
1) helium balloons;
2) Phlogiston;
3) give up.
You might ask him if he has any suggestions. Seems to me he's not leaving
you many options--at least, that abide the laws of physics.
