NABCEP liability (Wrenches) [RE-wrenches]

NABCEP continues to be a political hot-potato. On December 12, the California
Solar Energy Industries Association (CALSEIA) recommended to the CEC that "The
Commission should not mandate certification by the North American Board of
Certified Energy Practitioners or any other certification body except the
California Contractors State License Board."
