Dual Bank vs One Bank SWs/Ripple [RE-wrenches]

Hi Bill,

Desulfators are supposedly tuned to the frequency of the Sulfate bond 
whereas I can imagine that other frequencies could cause damage. 
Anyone know the science on this?
