Solar Thermal in the ERBP context refers to solar thermal electric (i.e. Sterling Engines) not solar water heating.    

We are out of all funding for Investor owned utilities (PG&E, Edison, SDG&E).  We ran out of medium funding approximately three weeks after we ran out of small funding.
