California Wrenches only [RE-wrenches]

Hi Jeff:
I wanted to mention that right now, the CEC has funds for 10-30 Kw
systems. They have had funds for 10-30K systems for several months.
Unfortunately, earlier this year, we reduced a CEC reservation from a 12.5
kW system to a 9.97 KW system to make it eligible for 0 to 10 Kw funds. Six
weeks later, funding was only available for 10 to 30 Kw. Its pretty hard to
keep up with the CEC.
