My old whisper 600 did. It was horribly noisy (louder than a helicopter) and
totally unacceptable. The H40 I have now yaws at an angle not just tilting back,
but back and at an angle so the governing is now unheard. It works very well and
had been hit with 60 MPH winds every winter for the 4 it has been flying and
continues to work very well. I am happy with this product as it has performed
very well in this application.
