Trace ST upgrade program [RE-wrenches]

I just got some email from Bill von Novak. He says:

	I just successfully registered for the Trace ST and STXR upgrade program.  I will be upgrading my ST1500.  I didn't see anything about it on the RE-wrenches list, and I wanted to make sure installers knew that the program was now active.
