NABCEP Call for comments [RE-wrenches]

The electrical industry evolved over several decades and now electricity
and most electric equipment are affordable and commonplace in
industrialized countries. The HVAC industry evolved more rapidly and now
residential and commercial heating and cooling are also affordable and
commonplace. In 10 years, I want the installed price for PV systems to
be less than $4/WAC. This goal requires lower material and labor costs
and the same permitting and installation process as the HVAC industry
today. There has been a lot of discussion about the need for better PV
installations and concern about more bureaucracy. How will the NABCEP
help reduce PV costs?
