Battery pulse desulfater tested [RE-wrenches]

I put a Pulse-Tech unit on my Absolyte battery bank, the one that was
abused and failed after a year or so. I think I would conclude that a
de-sulfator will not cure a bad case of battery abuse at any rate. Maybe
it will help the lifetime of a battery?? I'm not convinced. Also it
stopped blinking after a year, so I concluded that it failed.

I seem to remember reading that some PWM controllers also have a similar
pulse effect on batteries, but don't remember which ones. Maybe the RFI
noisy ones??
