Ha! Why you old cynic Windy... Isn't that the 1st law of thermo-dynamics?
Maybe not, but it actually seems that this is not the case with this
"engine". You need to go to: Oh, I already sent you a link you need to
peruse. This is a real thing. Mexico has already ordered 40,000 taxicab
versions of this car. They actually remove contaminants from the air while
in braking mode by pulling in air through specially designed brake drums,
filtering it, and re-introducing it to the outside air. Why didn't YOU think
of this? (Hell, why didn't I?)

Why isn't this the page one story instead of bombing Iraq?
