Todd, We have installed many of the (8 & 10 kw) Generac propane units for our 
customers purchased through my son who is an Authorized sales & repair 
service center for Generac generators. They are a 240v unit, and we use a 
transformer to get the desired 120v that the SW needs. All have worked 
flawlessly and not one service call to date after 2 plus years of use.
