Not so!! The noisiest machine around is the AIR which happens to be
one of the smallest. For something so small it does quite
disproportionate damage to the public perception of wind turbine
environmental impact. Small wind turbines do not have to be noisy.
It is fairly tragic that some people make a fast buck by selling crap
like this.
