module connection arrangement [RE-wrenches]

Hi Drake,

I sure dont' like to put fuses on the roof.  I put my combiner boxes on the
ground.  If there is going to be  problem, this is probably the place.

I agree that putting the fuse inside the junction box would save money and time
intially, if you have any problems, its going to add to the fix.
