CA C-46 License reworking [RE-wrenches]

The notion of being required to hire a union
electridian the do the AC work on a pv job is
ridiculous.  If the state is going to require licenced
C-10 contractors to use ibew for pv, then why don´t
they require it for all electrical installations?

Licensed contractors should have just as much right to
continue doing their work without interference from
the unions & all thier burocracy.
