I just found out that one of our distributors (and possibly several
others) have sold a knocked-off version of our ground fault protection
system. The issue is that this bad knocked-off version (I was told it
was supplied by Rainshadow Solar) does not include the necessary
additional parts (the special resistor, wire, terminal bus bar and misc
harware) to install it safely into our PSDC enclosure or into any system
for that matter. It also does not have the necessary safety labels or
the instruction manual either.

At least one distributor sold and shipped these "incomplete" kits as
being an OutBack Power product. If you recieved one of the incomplete
ground fault protection kits - contact me directly and I will provide
you with the necessary parts and instructions to safely install it into
the PSDC enclosure at no cost to you.

Thanks for letting me use this forum to get this important information
out to the industry. I guess "imitation is the sincerest form of
flatery" but this is not what we had hoped for.
