Repair of broken PV modules [RE-wrenches] How about Lightning Damage?

I had a Zomeworks Track Rack mounted PV struck by lightning.... falls into 
the catagory of not properly grounded.  The terminal strip was burned and 
melted but the PV was ok after wiring on a new terminal strip.  The C40 at 
the other end was also damaged.  I found a good use for the terminal strip on 
the panel I received smashed by UPS.
