Repair of broken PV modules [RE-wrenches]

It's fun to chat about PV oddities, but PV is definitely mainstream.
Today I gave a presentation to 40 members of the Association of
Consulting Electrical Engineers. I could see the eyes light up when I
told these suit-and-tie licensed engineers what net metered PV costs
after rebates, tax credits and depreciation. Almost all had commercial
clients who could benefit from PV. If you think 2001 was a good year for
PV, then you will just love 2002.
