Uni-Solar laminates [RE-wrenches]

Anyone out there have much experience with Uni-Solar's 128-watt peel-and-stick a-Si laminates?  How's the install?  How well do they stick?  Can they be walked on with your tennies?  How are they grounded, if at all?
