Sunny Boy blowing fuses [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

I have a 2500 Sunny Boy (24 kc 120 in series) that is repeatedly blowing a 20 
A output fuse. Do any of you have similiar experience? I would like to know 
the scope of these events. 

The initial prognosis was utility problems but the customer has a house full 
of high end electronics and has no other events indicating util over voltage.
Thanks for any perspective here.
