Micro Hydro Inverter [RE-wrenches]

I would be grateful if my fellow wrenches would take the time to share with 
me any experience or thoughts about a good micro hydro inverter for grid 
time.  Maybe in the 1000 to 3000 watt size.  I am expecting to be able to use 
a flow of water that is 70 psi and 100 gallons per minute.
