FLUXuations in flame [RE-wrenches]

If the Instant water heater is going in a new building , the installation of
seperate Hot & Cold faucets  gives a much better flow rate and helps the IWH
fire more consistantly.
A number of faucet manufacturers design the single handle faucet to close
down the hot flow as the cold is increased to produce a warm or less hot
water. The result is less hot water flow and this shuts down the Instant
water heater flame resulting in temperature flucuation.

Some times ol' timey is still way better .
