Trace Charge Controller Ratings [RE-wrenches]

I used to know...but can't remember for sure anymore.  I think one of the
1.25 de-rates comes from the ability of ambient to get down to -5 degrees
and the second is the continuous duty de-rate. 

Check out Table 690-7 of the 1999 NEC handbook for the voltage correction
factors.
Also check out 690-8 (a)(1) for PV Source Circuit Currents for another 1.25
de-rate.
And if that wasn't enough check out 690-8 (b) for another 1.25 de-rate. 
Take your pick.  Now that I think about I think the low temp correction
factor for voltage isn't part of the 1.56 de-rate that everyone uses.
