Contractors Insurance Question [RE-wrenches]

Folks,

We're having a heck of time getting contractors insurance to cover our
backsides *if* anything goes wrong during an installation and beyond. The
agents I've talked to say part of the problem is that we're working in
multiple states and part of the problem is that we do a lot of work for
Tribal governments -- high risk the agents say. While I strongly
disagree....my opinion doesn't count much when they are making the rules.

Anyway, I'd be grateful to hear what you have done to meet you're insurance
needs. Are there national companies who have a good (any?) understanding
of the RE world? Who have you had good luck with?

Feel free to respond off-list if appropriate.

Much obliged,
