Problem Products was Anemomoters [RE-wrenches]

Thanks for everyone's input on the Anemometer.  That's what great about this
list.  I see no problem with people voicing their extreme unhappiness with
products and fully support it.  The manufacturers who don't do a good job
placating customers need to be "told on".  Currently, I am having issues
with Controlled Energy (CEC), the folks who distribute AquaStars and several
other lines of instantaneous water heaters.  Their tech support is obviously
trained to talk in circles continually blaming installation errors or other
problems not related to them.  I'll let you all know how it turns out.
