We are currently using a Davis Vantage Pro station with good results.

Some have reported range problems, but I have not experienced any with 
my station.  I use a anemometer transmitter  kit to mount the sensor 
high on my tower. You can also get a repeater kit to extend the range.

We have had great results with this product. And plot my site wind data 
with my computer and the station.
