third party installs [RE-wrenches]

Being a wage slave sucks, but that's a separate issue. All the large roofing
and plumbing materials suppliers use the internet to take orders from their
customers. America is not at the bottom of the PV list. However, we are
below Japan, Germany and (ready for this) India.
