New Topic MPPT and wind power [RE-wrenches]

Thank you Rick for you attention to this issue.

If nothing else it leaves a challenge to design engineers to visit the issue and
possibly conduct some testing.

The idea of electronically loading wind generators to increase performance is
feasible and I hope will eventually have the same level of acceptance as MPPT
for solar.

Maybe those who might like to brainstorm this issue could continue to do so off
list.
