You really need to look at the waveform with an o-scope to see if the
waveform is distorted enough to change the RMS value. I'd be surprised if
harmonics where responsible for a large change to RMS output voltage.

Hey Kent,

I have a system with a DR inverter that always seems to read realy high in
ac volts true RMS (fluke 87).  Trace thought I might be reading harmonics.
